Other things to note

The villa is not suitable for wheelchair access.

A high chair or baby cot are not available.

During the Low Season (1st May to 31st October) the swimming pool may be closed for repairs.

The villa is not certified safe for infants, children or elderly.

The river flows at the edge of the condominium complex and can be deep at high tide. Therefore, infants and children must be supervised at all times so that they do not enter the river accidentally or on purpose.

The shared resident swimming pools in the complex do not have a lifeguard in attendance. Please ensure children and non-swimmers are supervised at all times.

The garden and paths can be uneven in places, and the elderly must take care.

The villa has a couple of steps at the entry porch, so the less mobile may have to factor this in.
