A caretaker is available between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, to solve most problems of guests. For any problem that remains unresolved, the owner is contactable. The Owner's phone number and email ID are provided to the guest on booking.

Directions
The Villa is a part of the Luisa by the Sea Condominium complex, located on Mobor Road in Cavelossim. It is about 150 meters ahead of Haathi Mahal Resort and Radisson Hotel at Cavalossim, is bang opposite Hotel Novotel (old name Hotel Donna Sylvia) and is about 2 kilometres before Holiday Inn and Leela Hotels.
The Villla is around 34 kilometres from the airport, and the drive takes around 55 minutes.
Check-in instructions
Check-in: After 2 pm.
As the housekeeping staff leaves by 5 pm, if your arrival time is outside these hours, please let us know well in advance, and we will make arrangements for the Villa keys to be made available to you upon arrival.

Check-out: Before 11 am
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know well in advance. We will try to accommodate your request as best as possible, subject to availability.
Reaching from the airport
Private taxi
Would you need a pickup arrangement? We have on-call an independent taxi operator we have used in the past and could co-ordinate this for you. The car is a Toyota Innova SUV. Seats 4 passengers plus driver with lots of luggage space. Or 6 passengers plus driver with limited luggage space. Cost INR1,800. Driver Moses (Mobile: +919822582854).
If you let us know, we can ask the driver to meet you at the airport. He knows the villa and can bring you to it. He also knows where the key will be available if you arrive after hours, so it saves you a bit of bother trying to find Luisa by the Sea, the villa, and the key in the middle of the night. You can settle the payment with him directly.
This car is also available to take you around in Goa for sightseeing. You can fix up the time, rate etc directly with the driver.
Airport taxi
You could also hire taxis at the airport on arrival, for a prepaid fee fixed by the government. The comparative rates would be around Rs.1,600 for a car similar to the Toyota Innova car (limited availability), and Rs.1,200 for smaller cars (limited luggage space, can accommodate 3 passengers comfortably, and 4 passengers with a bit of a squeeze).

From the train station
Prepaid Taxis are also freely available at the railway stations if you are arriving by train.
